When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, the project topic, and details you choose to include. Please share only what is needed to discuss your project. Do not submit payment details or sensitive personal information through the form.

When your browser loads this website, its hosting and media delivery providers receive technical request information needed to deliver and secure the pages and media. This can include your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages or files requested.

How information is used

House Hub Media uses information you provide to respond to questions, discuss scheduling and project scope, and provide services you request. Technical request information supports website delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Information may also be kept when reasonably needed for business records or legal obligations.

The website contact form sends your submission to House Hub Media through Resend, an email delivery provider. You may also email support@househub.media directly. A submission is not a booking or confirmation of services.

Service providers and external services

House Hub Media uses Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare for media delivery, and Resend to deliver contact form inquiries. Resend processes the information in an inquiry to provide its email delivery service. See the provider links below for their privacy information.

If you use the embedded booking service, information you enter there is handled by that provider under its own practices. Property tours may be displayed through Matterport. Links to Google services and social networks take you to those services, which may collect information when you visit or interact with them. Review the relevant provider's privacy information before submitting information to it.

House Hub Media does not add its own analytics or advertising cookies to the website application. Embedded and linked third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies. Some providers may collect information about online activities over time and across websites under their own policies. Their practices are not controlled by this website. The website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Sharing and retention

Information is made available to service providers only as needed to host the website, deliver media, deliver contact form inquiries through Resend, support a booking you choose to make, or perform another purpose described here. Information is otherwise retained only for as long as needed for those purposes and any applicable business, accounting, or legal requirements.

Your requests and questions

You may email support@househub.media to ask about personal information you provided to House Hub Media or to request access, correction, or deletion. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, identity checks where appropriate, and records that must be kept. You may also contact a third-party provider about information it handles under its own privacy policy.
